The forum is one the most vibrant documentary platforms in Asia creating co-production opportunities and creative collaborations for independent filmmakers.

DOCUMENTOR
Documentor is a travelling workshop initiative of DRI to evoke quality discourses among the young filmmakers and students of media institutions. The 4-day interactive workshop intends to create an awareness of and exposition to the high quality artistic actuality storytelling. The workshop series is taking place in small towns and underprivileged regions where storytelling ecology is completely intimidated by the mainstream commercialism.

Let’sdoc
An incubation lab to support early career filmmakers working on their recent projects through training and mentoring to enable them developing their ideas for higher creative applications. In two progressive sessions filmmakers are mentored intensively to develop their stories more efficiently with relevant visual approaches. The fellowship offers a seed grant to two promising projects.

Mind for Stories
MFS is initiated to bring path-breaking filmmakers – directors, cinematographer sound designers, editors and creative producers to have an informal interaction face to face with emerging storytellers and media students. This is an initiative to create opportunities for higher level of dialogical exchange among storytellers.

The series is designed to invite masters for informal sessions to reflect upon their vision and intriguing artistry assigned to their creative worldview.
