Lukasz Nowacki is a Senior Specialist at International Affairs Department of TVP, Polish Public Television. Nowacki is responsible for acquiring distribution rights for international sales, negotiating license deals, contracts and pricing. He also works on strategically evaluating opportunities in each market with current clients, potential new players and changes in demand for programming as related industries converge and new media emerge. Nowacki holds a master’s degree in International Communication and Media from Communication University of China, Postgraduate Diploma in Public relations from at Danish Institute and a Master's degree in Specialized Translation - Marketing and Economics from University of Warsaw. Telewizja Polska (TVP) is Poland’s only public broadcaster in Poland. TVP has a wide range of channels broadcasted in Poland and internationally. The network is currently under an agreement with BBC for coproduction of films and television content and has had a similar relationship with French-German TV network ARTE.
