Aloke Devichand is an Emmy-winning and Oscar-nominated commissioner and executive producer. Currently, he is working with London-based production companies Mindhouse and Rogan Productions, where he’s overseeing ambitious documentary films and series for global streaming platforms. Before returning to London last year, he spent over a decade working in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. During this time, he led and grew from nascency Netflix’s original documentary slate across Asia, and worked as a global commissioner for the Witness strand on Al Jazeera English. Earlier in his career he worked as a planning producer at CNN International and was part of the launch team for Webby-winning digital platform AJ+.
