GUNE HYOUNG - Executive Producer, EBS Korea, South Korea

Gunny went to Wayne State University in America where he studied Mass Communication and Film & TV Production. He began with a major in Architecture but he eventually moved to Film & TV. He has worked at the ABU Headquarter in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as a Program Producer from 2010 to 2011 and as one of the training New Media TV Producers at the Radio Netherlands. In 2004, he became one of the members and the first programmer of EBS International Documentary Film Festival (EIDF). EBS Korea is one of the national public TV media networks that serves cultural and educational needs. EIDF began back in 2003 and was the first International Documentary Film Festival then.
Gunny has been involved in documentary production and international film festivals for most of his career. He is currently working for the EIDF as an Executive Producer.
