HANS ROBERT EISENHAUER, VENTANA -FILM GMBH, GERMANY

Ventan- Film GMBH is a Berlin based TV and Film production company, run by the former Deputy Programme Director of ARTE - HANS ROBERT EISENHAUER. Hans became the Managing Director of Ventana in June 2011, after retiring from the position of Commisioning Editor at ZDF/ARTE specialized in international co-productions. Working for ARTE SINCE ITS FOUNDATION IN 1991, Hans has been responsible for more than 2000 theme-evenings and about 60 feature-length documentaries for cinema and television, a large number of current affairs programmes and series. Hans also works as a consultant and lecturer for different film workshops like the Documentary Campus E.V. and the Greenhouse Workshop for young filmmakers from the Southern Mediterranean countries.
